Indie Rock is Dead; Long Live...eh, never mind.

When a genre (just read the ad copy for the definitive definition of Indie Rock(s) in your mouth), gets to the 'construction kit' era, it's time to run for cover.

I find it's the "indie rock nuts" that are most annoying.

Good songs are the grown-up equivalent of putting your liquid assets into precious metals.

Or as the copy says: A bulletproof toolbox full of indie rock nuts and bolts, Black Paint dials directly into today's popular formats, from power pop ballads and dance-rock stormers to big time anthems with riffs that stick like duct tape.
